These terms cover Icon Mosaic, a Mac application from Wondernook Studios LLC. By using it you agree to them.
The license
The app is free to download and use for reading and rearranging a layout. A paid license is a one-time purchase that lets you write layouts to your iPhone and use the organizing features that need our server. One license covers up to three computers that you personally use, and includes every update to version 1. You can free a seat from inside the app. Licenses are for individuals; don't share or resell keys.
Refunds
If it doesn't work for you, reply to your receipt within 30 days of buying and we will refund you. A refunded license stops working.
What you should know before you use it
Icon Mosaic talks to your iPhone through a part of iOS that Apple does not document or support for this purpose. It works on the versions of iOS we have tested, and an iOS update could change or end that without notice. We will tell you inside the app when we know of a problem, and we can't promise the app will keep working on future versions of iOS.
The app saves a backup of your layout before every write. iOS decides for itself where to put any installed app a layout leaves out, so the result on the phone can differ from what you arranged; the app reports when that happens.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Wondernook Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the new terms apply to purchases made after it.
